Order Returns/Refunds

The following returns policy applies to all items sold on the Strategic Emergency Training Consulting website.

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved. Certain items are non-returnable, including customized products, medical supplies, medical equipment, AEDs, and items marked as used.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt to address the issue. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. A restocking fee of 10% will apply for returns.

If an item is returned as undeliverable for any reason, a new shipping address will be required, and re-shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense. All AEDs must be shipped to an address where an adult over the age of 18 is available to sign for delivery upon delivery. Policy is subject to change at anytime without notice.

You should receive your refund within 14 business days after the receipt and inspection of the returned item. Bank refunds may take 2-7 business days to appear on your statement.

You may also opt to exchange the item for another (same), non-defective item if you so choose.

Conditions for Returns

For goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Any goods made to order or personalized; medical supplies, medical equipment, AEDs, and items marked as used.
  • The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to Us. The exception will be where an item was sent by us in error. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS). We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods.
